The space
Villa Anna is located on the first floor, accessible by stairs or elevator.
The entrance hall leads to a large living room with a dining table, sofa, TV, fireplace, and a piano you can play during your stay.
Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, complete with all necessary appliances. You’ll find an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, and a table.
Moving on to the sleeping area, we find:

– bathroom 1
– master bedroom suite with private bathroom and walk-in closet
– single bedroom
Bedrooms 1 and 2 both have 2 single beds and a wardrobe to keep your clothes tidy.
The rooms have a shared bathroom equipped with all toilets and a bathtub.
The double bedroom suite is a true delight, featuring a spacious private bathroom with all amenities (including a bathroom accessible to disabled guests). The suite also features a walk-in closet for storing your luggage and clothing.
The sleeping area ends with a single bedroom equipped with a French sofa bed, a desk, and an antique bookcase.
On the ground floor there is a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Now we come to the most beautiful part of the property, a garden of over 1000 square meters where you can relax, experience the surrounding nature and dive into the swimming pool.
The swimming pool measures 10 m x 5 m and is 1.40 m deep, with a small beach and internal steps. It is equipped with umbrellas and deckchairs to make your stay unforgettable.
During your stay, you can eat outdoors, thanks to the gazebo located in the garden.
The property has private parking.

The villa is accessed by car by opening the gate.
