The space
The apartment is located along the charming Lungarno Guicciardini, inside a historic Florentine building!
We are on the 2nd floor, but you can use the service elevator that leaves from the 1st floor.
The apartment is very elegant, perfect for families or groups of friends, and can accommodate up to 6 people.

The space is laid out on two levels. The first level features a spacious living area equipped with every comfort for a comfortable stay. There’s a large table for relaxing, a sofa, armchairs, and a television for entertaining.
The kitchen is equipped with basic appliances such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, extractor hood, four burner stove, coffee machine, cutlery and various dishes.
Going up to the second level, we find the sleeping area consisting of two double bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom with a washing machine. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, although the living room does not have one.
Each room features comfortable beds and high-quality furnishings to ensure maximum relaxation.
On the same level we find the main bathroom equipped with toilet, spacious shower and sink.
The apartment’s attention to detail and original finishes will immerse you in Florence’s historic atmosphere, while still offering all the modern comforts.
The living room features bright spaces, creating the perfect environment to relax after a day of exploring.
Just steps away, you’ll find Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, and all the city’s main museums, galleries, and restaurants. All this in a tranquil yet vibrant setting that will make you feel part of Florence’s history.
Access for guests
To enter the apartment, you must first enter the building through the main door, which will open when you ring the intercom.
Once inside the courtyard you will have to open the gate to access the large stairwell of the building.
Go up the stairs to the second floor (you can use the elevator from the first floor) and you will find yourself in front of a frescoed sliding door.
The apartment door is the one that faces you once you reach the second-floor landing. The door blends perfectly with the wall.
